I've used Big C twice for unrelated issues. Once for a pipe that froze and then when roots got in the sewer line. Both times they came out in freezing weather in a timely manner and fixed the problems in under an hour. They also gave me DIY suggestions for the roots to avoid having to call again.

I don't have a single negative remark on Big C's to make. They offer better service than their competitors in Tulsa, they work quickly, and you can call them at any hour for help. What's there to complain about?

My home in Tulsa was turning into something of a disaster area before Big C's showed up. They got things fixed up and cleaned up, and I couldn't be more impressed. Looking at it, you'd hardly be able to tell that there was some flooding going on in my home thanks to pipe leakage.
